YEAR CALENDAR

 

  • First day of school: Thursday September 10th (Feast of the 205 Martyrs of Japan)

  • 2 weeks of holiday for Christmas: Saturday 20th December 2025 - Sunday 4th January 2026

  • 2 weeks of holiday for Easter:　Saturday 28th March - Sunday 12th April 2026

  • The projected year-end date is 24th June (Nativity of St. John the Baptist)

  • We observe Japanese national holidays

  • The full calendar will be released at a later date. Minor adjustments may be made at that time. 

 

 

FEES

First year admission fees for founding families (inc. sales tax):

​

  • Application fee - ¥22,000 

  • Admissions fee - ¥220,000 

  • Book fee - ¥100,000 (for books to keep, shared textbooks and other consumables - please see FAQ for explanation)

  • Yearly tuition fee - ¥1.4 million (this is a special rate for all of our founding families joining us in the first year, who can also be guaranteed a cap on fees for all the following years at 1.8 million)

  • If the yearly fee is paid in two installments then the 1st payment will be ¥750,000 and the second ¥700,000, due in February.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

​

  • Fill out the admissions form 

  • We will arrange for the prospective student to take an English and Maths assessment in June, followed by a family interview. 

  • There is some flexibility in the admission process if this schedule does not work for your family. Please email us in this case.
